Positive 2007 balance
According to the statistics worked out by the sectoral association ASSOCOMAPLAST, the positive trade balance of the sector in 2007 exceeds 2 billion euro, with an increase in pro-duction of 9% and a growth in export of 15%, in comparison with the previous year.

On the occasion of its meeting on March 6, 2008 the Board of Directors of the Association has accepted the application of ISOTEX spa-Colombo Division and SIMPLAS spa. Consequently, ASSOCOMAPLAST Members are 196.

Experiences' comparison during the PLASTICS IN AGRICULTURE Conference

ASSOCOMAPLAST's Code of Ethics
In the internal and external business relationships the full mutual respect of roles and competencies is more and more important. The Code of Ethics, approved by the Association's Board of Directors, Executive Committee and Assembly on June 13, 2007, which commits all Member companies, intends to underline the importance ASSOCOMAPLAST gives to this subject.
